Account Lead – Pharma/Congress

Our client is looking for an experienced Account Lead with pharma/congress experience.  You will take ownership, development and strategic implementation of client accounts.

• Development and implementation of new business/strategy and targets
• Deliver all client SLA’s/KPI’s on accounts
• Ownership and delivery of new client on-boarding initiatives
• Ownership and delivery of client business reviews
• Support on complex projects and oversee project management on client projects.
• Manage direct reports with training and development
• Manage budgets and ongoing review

You will have several years of agency background within pharma sector
