A great opportunity to join a agency as Conference Manager delivering variety annual conferences and exhibitions in the UK and Europe
The role is extremely varied and you will be working on corporate, private and non-for-profit events including conferences, workshops, seminars and training courses both face to face and online.
The role includes:-
Managing the overall delivery of in-person, virtual and hybrid events – ensuring all activities are delivered on time and on budget
Venue Sourcing and site visits
Delegate management
Organising social programmes and academic panels scheduling
Event logistics and travel arrangements
Panel Scheduling and content creation
Liaising with external suppliers including caterers, furniture suppliers, decorations suppliers, speakers etc.
Stakeholder management both in UK and internationally
Event diary management
Preparing invoices and event collateral – badges etc
Risk assessments
Data base and event website management
Event on-site including set up.
Ideally you will have at least three year’s experience of working within events, good IT skills, self motivated and strong client focus skills.
