Description:

We are looking for an experienced UK and International venue finder/conference planning executive to join a very busy agency.  The role is 100% remote and ideally you will have at least one year of agency venue sourcing experience.  With excellent hotel and venue knowledge.

The role will be to working with variety of industry clients – managing client enquiries from initial enquiry through to completion of booking.  You will build strong relationships with suppliers and work closely with clients to ensure deadlines and client SLA’s are met.

You will attend product knowledge opportunities by hosting suppliers, site inspections and attending trade shows.
