Delegate  Manager – Technology 

Creative communications agency is looking for a Delegate .  You will be working on various projects or technology workstreams for events.  Using touch digital ecosystem and bespoke platforms.  You will be working closely with the delegate registrations teams for pre-event registration, virtual and hybrid event programmes, and onsite technology solutions.

• Must be proficient in all touch-preferred event technology software solutions including Cvent, 6Connex, Aventri, crowdcomms and bespoke web-based systems.
• Creating reports
• Creation, maintenance, and use of invitation lists
• Content Update
• Understanding multi-path registration flows including travel and hotel modules
• Manage development of event technology solutions including email, registration websites, virtual and apps
• Proficient understanding HTML
• Strong analytical skills.
