Fantastic opportunity to be a part of a team activities and incentive business delivering creative events to global brands.  As  Event Director will be part of the senior team and head up the incentive and team events part of the business,  leading  a team of event managers.

You will work closely with the CEO and ongoing  support of the senior leadership team within the organisation.  You will be the driving force of the company and responsible for all aspects of delivering the events as well as partnerships, sales and ongoing client account management and development.  You will identify and deliver new opportunities to grow the business.

Our client is looking for someone who has a very hands-on approach and a natural leader to deliver unique and high-profile events both in the UK and internationally.

You will have experience of managing a team – including training, appraisals and mentoring.

You will have full responsibility for the day to day running of the business including P&L and budgets.

You will have a full understanding and experience of team events and incentive programmes – with several years experience.
