Description:

A fantastic opportunity to work in a bespoke sporting venue based in Guildford.  As Venue Executive – Operations you will be a key member of the event team.

An extremely varied role working on variety events including corporate events,  bespoke private events, weddings, concerts, BBQ, parties, AGM’s etc

The role includes:-

First point of contact with new event enquiries through to delivery of events in the venue.

Venue Show rounds

Preparing event proposals

Liaising with external suppliers including caterers, furniture suppliers, decorations suppliers, speakers etc.

Working directly with clients and building strong relationships

Event diary management

Preparing function sheets and general administrative requirements

Marketing – e marketing campaigns

Preparing invoices for events

Data base management

Working closely with venue staff including bars, catering etc

Event delivery

30Ideally you will have at least one – two year’s experience of working in a venue or events.
