Description:

A leading DMC are looking or an experienced Event Project Director to join a busy team.

You will be working as part of a team – planning logistics, manage and deliver complex group travel programs in the UK.  Ideally you will have extensive knowledge of the London and Great Britain as a destination.

Role:

• Research venues and 3 rd party supplier to develop new event, products and services
• Support the sales teams with preparing proposals
• Manage projects from initial stages through to onsite delivery
• Manage client relationships and work closely with suppliers
• Preparation of detailed program documents
• Planning, managing and implementing complex program operations onsite

Ideally you will have experience of 4 + years of planning and managing group events.  Ideally an agency background.

You will work on several projects at any one time and enjoy being involved in full cycle events
