Description:

A Not For Profit organisation are looking for an Events Officer to join the Event team delivering a broad range of society’s events.  Including conferences, lectures, webinars, briefings, dinners etc.  Both hybrid and face to face events.

You will be the primary contact for speakers, sponsors, delegates and third-party suppliers.  Working with technology partners and lead on delegate management including registration, design/build technology platforms, enquiries, badges and manage CRM database.

You will be required to work onsite for events and support the marketing and sales team with administration for sponsorship packages, email and marketing campaigns.

A great opportunity for someone who has a 1- or 2-years experience of events.
