Description:

Creative event agency is looking for an experienced venue sourcing specialist with strong client account management skills.  You will be responsible for managing and building client relationships at all levels.  You will manage all reporting on client budgets and manage all requests for destination and venue research, recommendations, and proposals.  You will have team management skills and experience of prioritising workloads and team support.

• Manage all client enquiries from initial request through to completion of booking.
• Ensure all deadlines and clients SLAs are met.
• Negotiate best rates on behalf of clients.
• Develop UK and global destinations in 5* or unique venues.
• Achieve margin percentage set for each event.

You will have several years of venue sourcing with excellent knowledge of venues and destinations in the UK and globally.
