Description:

A creative full-service event agency based in Surrey are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to head up a team of dedicated event professionals.  You will oversee the successful execution of all project and event delivery within the operations team both UK and Internationally.

You will support the client team and implementation of all client relationship strategies.  Support the client team in the preparation of RFP and proposals as well as attend client pitches/presentations.

You will work closely with the Director, Event Management to oversee the budgets and resource allocations for all events.

Ensure all SLAs and process requirements are included in the management of projects when required.

Manage the event team including career development, mentor, and coach all direct reports.  Provide leadership, motivation, and director for your team.

You must have experience of working within the pharmaceutical events sector including conferences, congresses etc.
