Technology Operations Lead

Creative communications agency – looking for an experienced Technology Operations Lead.   You will be working on UK and global complex events both face to face and virtual.  You will oversee all technology projects and manage dedicated Technology Team including use of touch preferred technology ecosystem. You will work closely with the leadership team to support the Delegate Engagement Team.  Leading the team in development and training.

• Line management and workload allocation.
• Drive and innovate technology solutions and evolve the touch digital ecosystem
• Work closely with operational teams
• Must have extensive knowledge of event technology
• Advanced knowledge of touch preferred technology
• Plan and development of ongoing projects
• Budget management
